1. Eligibility for Returns Purchased equipment may be returned within 30 days of receipt if it arrives damaged or proves defective during normal use and recommended maintenance as per our documentation. Services may not be returned, but we will correct any deficient work at no charge.
2. Return Process Please contact TRS to initiate a return and obtain an RMA number which must be displayed on the return shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by TRS
3. Refunds Once returned items are inspected and approved, TRS will issue refunds within 30 days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at time of purchase. Refunds are limited to the purchase price paid less any applicable shipping or installation charges.
4. Warranty Returns Products under valid manufacturer warranty but outside the 30 day return window should be repaired or replaced according to applicable warranty terms at no charge. Contact TRS regarding warranty service.
5. Exchanges If you wish to exchange a product for another version, please return the original per this policy and place a new order for the desired replacement item. Exchanges are subject to availability.
