TRS Refurbished Refrigeration Warranty Policy
Scope
This warranty policy applies to all second-hand products sold by TRS Limited.
Refurbished products only carry coverage to the functional aspects of the item, ie
cooling or light function. All refurbished products carry a parts and labour warranty. TRS
refurbished products are sold as seen, we do not accept refunds on the basis a
customer can not fit the product into their store. In this case the customer can be
credited to the value paid.
Duration of Warranty
The warranty period for second-hand refrigeration ensues starting from the date of
delivery by the original buyer; this warranty is not transferable if sold again. These
products carry between 3 months and a year depending on the value of the product.
Respective product warranties will be listed in the description of the item.
Coverage
Parts & Labour: During the parts and labour warranty period, TRS will cover the cost of
repair or replacement, at its discretion, for any defects in materials or workmanship that
arise under normal use of the refrigeration unit. Should TRS engineers be called to site
and no function related issues are found, the cost of the visit will be charged back to the
buyer.
Back to Base: All items purchased and collected from TRS are covered under the back
to base warranty. Meaning the item must be returned at the cost of the buyer for repair
or replacement.
